But Judge Stephen Lachs later reversed his decision.

Michael Jackson has died. He suffered a cardiac arrest this afternoon and was rushed to UCLA medical center. News reports state that the doctors tried to revive him for 45 minutes and his mother Katherine Jackson and his sister LaToya ran into the hospital crying. His brothers were there but Janet is not in L.A. yet, neither is his father

There are still no details on what caused the cardiac arrest or supposed heart attack. He arrived to the hospital in a deep coma.

Chris Brown Plea Deal he gets 180 days Diversion Program 5 Years Probation
Chris Brown, 20, was facing up to 4 years and 8 months behind bars but on June 22 2009,he and his lawyers have brokered a plea deal in his assault case. He’ll spend 180 days in a labor diversion program in Virginia. In the diversion program he’ll be picking up trash or cleaning graffiti for 8 hours a day. He will also get 5 years of supervised probation for felony assault that he pled guilty for. He must check in with the courts every three months and enter a domestic violence counseling program. Chris arrived in court first with his mother. Rihanna’s lawyer arrived and she followed later. You could tell that a deal was on the way because the judge allowed camera’s to come inside the courtroom, they had previously been banned.
