KATT WILLIAMS FILES FOR BANKRUPTCY
Katt Williams has had an interesting few years. Well, the years going ahead are about to get more interesting it would see. No rumor, but it is being reported and confirmed by Humor Mill Magazine that Katt had filed for bankruptcy even though he had been doing a steady stream of concert dates. No word on what sort of protection he filed for. People are saying Katt could have made as much as $50 million.
New Music: Michael Jackson “A Place with No Name”
Here is a new song from the late Michael Jackson called “A Place with No Name” which samples America’s 1971 hit song “A Horse with No Name”.

According to audience members, he looked like he was struggling through the first half-hour of his set, which included a Michael Jackson tribute, but he soon began noticeably sweating, and then crying.
“I’ve never not completed a show - - I’ve never done this before,” he told the crowd while wiping away tears. “I want to say . . . I want to thank y’all for bearing with me as long as y’all did, I appreciate that.”
JoJo Simmons pleaded guilty
Joseph Simmons, Jr. aka Jo Jo, 19, son of the legendary rapper Rev. Run of Run DMC pled guilty to one charge of disorderly conduct on Thursday, July 16, after originally being charged with being in possession of a controlled substance and attempted reckless endangerment.The teen star and rapper of Team Black was arrested in May after resisting arrest and was allegedly caught buying marijuana and rolling a joint sitting in his vehicle on Manhattan’s Upper West Side, as reported on HipHopRX.com.
On June 22, the MTV reality TV show Run’s House touched on Jo Jo’s arrest in which his father Reverend Run and Russell Simmons offered him counseling. “Weed makes you slow and stupid, its not good, its not healthful. It’s the opposite, it makes you unhappy… It makes you slow and stupid,” Uncle Russ told him.
“You know the problem with this is about when you go to jail you take your whole family to jail,” Rev Run told Jo Jo.
Rev Run went on to tell Jo Jo that he hurt the family and that he has to repair what he has done.
Jo Jo eventually apologized to his family and seemed to have realized the affect it had on his family as a whole and what his run-in with the law could cause in the future legally after his attorney advised him that he now has a rap sheet.
Meanwhile, the charges have been dropped as a part of his plea deal and Jo Jo must serve one day of community service.

Las Vegas man won a courtroom battle Wednesday with the Nevada Department of Motor Vehicles over his “HOE” license plate, which the agency tried to cancel on grounds that he was using a slang reference to prostitutes.
The high court said the DMV based its opposition to William Junge’s plate on definitions found in the Web-based Urban Dictionary, which includes user contributions. Justices ruled that the contributed definitions “do not always reflect generally accepted definitions for words.”
Junge, whose case was pursued by the American Civil Liberties Union of Nevada, said he got the “HOE” plate in 1999 for his Chevy Tahoe, after being told “TAHOE” wasn’t available.
“It’s nonsense,” Junge said of the state agency’s efforts to pull his plates. The 62-year-old said he was referring to his vehicle’s model and not to prostitutes with his plates, adding: “That was their interpretation. Shame on them.”

According to reports from the Brazilian press, Arturo’s 23-year-old Amanda Rodrigues was taken into custody after she contradicted herself during a police interrogation. Prosecutors have yet to decide what she will be charged with.It’s still not exactly clear what went down, but witnesses reported to police that the couple fought and that the night before he was found murdered - Gatti was drunk. A deadly shootout broke out on the Brooklyn street outside of where 'The Wire' actor Jamie Hector -- who played drug kingpin Marlo Stanfield -- and his wife were celebrating their baby shower, leaving one teenager dead and two men hurt. Hector and his wife were not hurt in the melee.The New York Daily News reports that nearly 50 bullets were fired outside of the baby shower for Hector's wife. The gunfight then continued outside of a hospital, where shooters tried to finish one of their victims. "What a gun battle ... They have been watching too much TV," a New York Police Department officer told the Daily News. Andrew Filson, 32, was shot and helped into a car by a passerby. When they arrived at the hospital, another car pulled up and began firing, hitting Filson one more time. No arrests were made following the shootout, but two guns were recovered. Hector, a Brooklyn native, has seen his career spike lately, thanks to his role as merciless drug dealer Marlo in 'The Wire.' He's also appeared on 'Heroes' and 'Jericho.'
